  • Handle distribution of payment to each vendor

  • Handle clients "final touches," such as: Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book

  • Assist with direction of guest seating for ceremony and reception

  • Access to planners wedding day emergency kit
